**Key Responsibilities:

- **

**1. Capacity Planning**:

- Plan and manage production capacity for the shop floor to meet customer demands.

**2. Production Planning**:

- Monitor and align production schedules with customer requirements on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure that the production team prepares a feasible production plan in accordance with the dispatch plan.

**3. Raw Material Management**:

- Monitor raw material availability as per production planning.
- Coordinate with stores and purchasing departments to ensure timely availability of required materials.

**4. Coordination with Departments**:

- Work closely with the design department to ensure updated documents are available for production.
- Coordinate with the PED for timely validation of circuit testing boards and final assembly boards.
- Communicate with marketing and other departments regarding any changes in production plans that might impact dispatch dates.

**5. Dispatch Planning**:

- Prepare and release dispatch plans based on customer schedules.
- Ensure the packing of finished goods (FG) is completed within shift time.
- Communicate packed quantities to relevant departments daily.

**6. Production Order Management**:

- Release production orders in SAP and provide cutting labels for production.
- Ensure the kitting plan is provided to the store's department according to the production plan.

**7. Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor and measure production objectives, schedule compliance, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
- Track plan versus actual performance and monitor scrap rates.

**8. Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with ISO, TS, TPM, and other relevant standards within the production department.
- Maintain records of changes in engineering specifications and release mod lists after MIN meetings.

**9. HR Coordination**:

- Monitor daily attendance and operator data, coordinating with the HR department as necessary.

10. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Maintain KAIZEN initiatives and coordinate with the QMS department.
- Participate as an associate member in the KK pillar and contribute to TPM activities.

**11. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare MRM presentations and stage-wise identification reports.
- Ensure daily production data is updated on the display board and in softcopy.

**12. Resource Coordination**:

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the availability of Man, Machine, and Materials (MMM).
- Study production drawings and collaborate on scheduling the production and supply plan/target.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP or other production management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ISO, TS, and TPM standards is preferred.
