Job Description: Graphics Designer (Fresher)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. As a fresher, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects, including brochures, stickers, and other visual materials. In addition to your design skills, we're looking for someone who is proficient in Excel, as this will be an added advantage for certain aspects of the role. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring ideas to life through visually appealing designs will be crucial in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create eye-catching and engaging designs for brochures, stickers, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the team to understand design requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand guidelines.
- Utilize your graphic design skills to develop visually appealing layouts, graphics, and illustrations.
- Adapt to project requirements and timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize Excel for certain design-related tasks, such as data management or creating design-related spreadsheets (e.g., print materials tracking).

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, especially for design-related tasks (data management, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to understand design needs and present ideas.
