Quality Control Coordinator

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Job Family Definition:_**

Performs support tasks in the Quality function.

Responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in the Quality function. Responsibilities include maintaining records and other related documentation, assisting supervisory and non-supervisory employees in various administrative tasks directly and indirectly related to the work unit’s primary function. These tasks may include, but not be limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures.

**_ Management Level Definition:_**

Applies developed knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete a wide variety of difficult assignments/tasks. Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature and require ordinary problem resolution. Works under limited supervision and normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions given for new assignments.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Provides general administrative support for quality assessment and management activities for an assigned business area or group.
- Reviews data entered into paper and electronic quality management documentation systems to ensure that required fields are complete and correct; identifies and communicates errors and deficiencies to stakeholders for resolution.
- Creates and maintains regular quality reports, dashboards, and specialized documentation; researches and provides information in response to requests from quality leadership.
- Develops administrative plans and schedules for recurring quality events and sessions, including training, audits and site visits.
- Provides guidance to less
- experienced staff members.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- High school or equivalent secondary education certification required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Typically 2 - 4 years experience.

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Advanced administrative skills, including data review and proofreading and overall document and information management.
- Proficient with standard calendar management, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages.
- Expert user of electronic recordkeeping and quality management documentation systems, including regular and ad hoc reporting and data search.
- Thorough understanding of basic quality processes and documentation requirements
- Strong written and verbal.

- Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with local management.
