**Job Summary**
As a BIPE professional, your main responsibility is to analyze complex data, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to the organization's decisionmakers. Your role will require a deep understanding of the company's business operations and goals, as well as its data sources.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support business. Your work will play a critical role in helping the organization make data-driven decisions and achieve its strategic objectives.
- Data Analysis - You will collect, organize, analyze and interpret large volumes of data, identify patterns and trends, and produce reports that help management make informed decisions.
- Business Intelligence Planning - You will develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis processes. This will include identifying data sources, determining appropriate tools for data analysis, and developing data models.
- Execution of Business Intelligence Projects - You will be responsible for planning and executing BI projects. This will include setting project timelines, identifying key deliverables, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring - You will monitor key business performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to management for corrective actions.
- Communication - You will collaborate with various departments within the organization, including GTM, finance, and operations, to understand data needs, develop analytical solutions and communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders.
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- MBA
- Data interpretation and making business communication.
- Provide business intelligence to strategy and business team.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience in business intelligence, data modeling, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with Financial and Non-financial Data.
- Strong presentation skills
