**The Role**:
We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design team and bring fresh, user-centric ideas to life. You'll play a crucial role in defining the user experience and visual design across our platform, ensuring our products are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and accessible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity in all design decisions, ensuring our products are usable by as wide an audience as possible.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in design and eLearning, and incorporate these insights into your work.

- A portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex design problems and create visually stunning user interfaces.
- A knack for mínimalistic design is highly regarded, demonstrating your ability to simplify and enhance user experiences through clean, user-friendly interfaces.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
- A keen eye for visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout, with a special appreciation for mínimalistic aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
