**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
- Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
- Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven solutions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations, presentations, and reports.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, with experience in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
- Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, numerical methods, and linear algebra.
- Experience with data preprocessing techniques such as feature engineering, normalization, and dimensionality reduction.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
