Job Title: 3W EV Driver (Driver cum Delivery)

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced 3W EV Drivers to join our team for a role that combines driving with delivery responsibilities. The position involves a 12-hour duty split into two shifts of 6 hours each. We are offering a competitive monthly salary of 12-15k along with three provided meals per day.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Safely operate 3W electric vehicles for transportation and delivery purposes.

2. Execute deliveries efficiently within the designated time frames.

3. Adhere to the 6-6 hour shift schedule, with options for morning (7-10), afternoon (4-10), or a combination of both.

4. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

5. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned 3W EV.

6. Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid driving license (DL) for 3W vehicles.

2. Aadhar, PAN, and Police Verification documents.

3. Bank Passbook for salary processing.

4. Proven experience as a 3W EV driver, with a good driving record.

5. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts with varying start times.

6. Ability to handle physical demands of loading/unloading goods.

7. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.

Compensation:

- Monthly salary of 12-15k.
- Three meals provided during duty hours.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,371.45 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
