**Job Description**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with the Cambridge Curriculum guidelines for IGCSE and AS/A Level Psychology.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote critical thinking, including lectures, discussions, group activities, and multimedia resources.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages students to actively participate in their learning and respect diverse perspectives.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress, assignments, and assessments.
- Utilize assessment tools effectively to evaluate student understanding and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience.
- Stay updated on developments in the field of psychology and education, incorporating relevant research and best practices into teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
- Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development activities to contribute to the school community and further personal growth as an educator.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to classroom management, safety, and student welfare.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Psychology or related field;
- **Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience,** preferably in a Cambridge Curriculum school setting with a focus on **IGCSE and AS/A Level Psychology.**:

- Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Curriculum framework and assessment practices for Psychology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
