Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Coordinator

**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Coordinator. The analyst will be supporting the Multifamily Capital Prescreening and Underwriting group and delivering the various product to the reviewer/onshore team as per the agreed quality.
**In this role, you will**:
- Support the Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area in servicing, underwriting, and asset management.
- Work with individuals in more experienced roles to understand client needs and coordinate efforts to service clients by working closely with different departments in the Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area.
- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks related to Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area.
- Review credit reports from borrowers and ensure collected data meets all the regulatory requirements.
- Receive direction from supervisor to understand client needs and provide services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Interact with immediate team and functional area on daily operational activities.
- Interact with external customers to understand their needs.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of overall experience in Multifamily Capital Prescreening and Pre - underwriting business.
- Good underwriting of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Entities.
- Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet targets.
- Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills.
- Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments.
**Job Expectations**:
- Master Degree in Accounting and Finance,
- Any professional Finance/Accounting/Economics certification would be a plus.
