Manrketing Executive

As a marketing executive for field support of a laundry franchise store, your primary role would be to support and execute on-ground marketing activities, establish tie-ups with other relevant businesses, and ensure a successful launch of new stores. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities:
1. On-ground marketing activities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the laundry franchise store.
- Create and distribute marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
- Coordinate with the creative team to design and execute marketing campaigns.
- Organize and manage local events, sponsorships, and promotions to attract customers.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust the strategies accordingly.

2. Establish tie-ups:

- Identify potential business partners and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Negotiate deals and partnerships to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with other local businesses, such as hotels, residential communities, and gyms, to create referral programs or cross-promotions.
- Network with relevant industry associations and organizations to leverage their resources and connections.

3. New store launch:

- Plan and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to create awareness and generate buzz for new store openings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth launch process.
- Develop and implement local advertising campaigns, both online and offline, to reach the target audience.
- Conduct market analysis to identify the most effective channels to reach potential customers.
- Monitor and report on the performance of new stores, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competition, conduct market research, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall marketing strategy for the laundry franchise. Collaboration with the franchisees and the corporate marketing team will be essential to aligning local marketing efforts with the overall brand image and guidelines.
