**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Maintenance & Repair**:
- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems used in the production of lubricants.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including pumps, motors, conveyors, mixers, and compressors, and provide efficient solutions.
- Replace or repair defective components, such as bearings, seals, and gears.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:
- Follow the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Conduct routine checks on safety devices, mechanical systems, and machinery alignment.
- **Installation & Commissioning**:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery.
- Ensure that all new systems are aligned and calibrated to meet production requirements.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, parts used, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and submit reports to supervisors and management regarding the status of equipment and machinery.
- **Safety Compliance**:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and plant policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning within safety guidelines to prevent accidents or hazards.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:
- Work closely with the electrical, production, and quality control teams to ensure the smooth running of manufacturing processes.
- Assist in training junior mechanics or apprentices.
- **Spare Parts Management**:
- Monitor the condition of spare parts and tools and inform the supervisor when inventory levels are low.
- Ensure that all required materials and spare parts are available for effective maintenance operations.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: ITI Certification in Fitter Trade (Mechanic).
- **Experience**: Minimum of [2-3] years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing plant or industrial environment.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- **Tools & Equipment**: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for long hours.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of lubricants production and machinery used in the manufacturing of lubricants.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, if required.
**Working Conditions**:

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,009.35 per month
