Registered Nurse for Home Care

Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, dressing wounds, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assessment: Conduct patient assessments to gather information about their health conditions, medical history, and any specific care needs
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote better health outcomes
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and patient responses to treatments
- Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring the correct dosage and timing while adhering to safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
