**Microsoft 365 platform Engineer will be required to manage end user platforms including Share-Point, One Drive, MSTEAMS, & Office 365 environment**

**What will your job look like?**:
The day-to-day activities will include the following:

- Support and maintain the Global Communication platforms like Share-Point, One Drive MSTEAMS & M365 policies & security.
- Well versed with MS-O365 admin console to handle day to day activities.
- Having knowledge and practical experience with Power Shell and GRAPH API
- Integration and configuration of M365 services with the Azure & Azure Active Directory
- Support and maintain current and future migration and integration activities in M365 platforms.
- M365 platform hardening activities - Security patches, RBAC permissions and MS Updates.
- Plan, architect, design, document and implement M365 platforms and peripheral upgrades to improve services provided to end users.
- Conduct proof of concepts as appropriate to confirm and refine designs.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis of end user problems and define actions for timely resolution and corrective actions.
- Create automated processes using automation tools and scripting languages to optimize time consuming tasks.
- Work with key vendors / service providers and OEMS as necessary to assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Author policy, procedure and standards documents based on industry best practices, personal research and experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements to existing processes and automation of time-consuming tasks.
- Transfer knowledge via documentation and training to Unified Communication teams.
- Provide 2 nd level support for Amdocs infrastructure and support teams in IT.
- Measures user experience and create proactive processes to improve it.
- Collaboration and joint effort to ensure the needs and expectations of other teams are met.

- 3+ years of practical experience as a system engineer (Microsoft environments,) in a mid-large
company (over 2,000 employees) - **Must **.
- Need to work UK Time.
- 2+ -year experience with Microsoft Azure support and Azure related OGS activities - **Must**
- 2+ year experience in managing Microsoft Online platforms **- Must**
- 1+ year experience in writing scripts and automation in SP, Azure and Power shell **- Must**
- Experience in administration and management of Microsoft 365 suite - **Must**
- Expert in MSTEAMS administration and management - **advantage**
- Practical experience in project management and Agile methodologies - **advantage**
- Experience working with Virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) - **advantage**
- Knowledge in creation of automated processes using any scripting languages (VBS, PowerShell, Wise Scripting, Jscript) - **advantage**
- Experience in project management, integration of Microsoft technologies and services

- AZ-140 (Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop)
- Mandatory - high level English in both written and spoken
- Ability to collect and analyze complex data sets for reporting, forecasting, designing and troubleshooting for root cause analysis.
