Production Fitter

**Machine Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

**Quality Control**:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that machines produce copper pipes meeting specified quality standards.
- Participate in inspections and testing of machinery to identify and address any deviations from quality requirements.

**Process Optimization**:

- Work closely with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Recommend modifications to machinery or processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
- Participate in safety training programs and promote a safety-conscious culture within the production team.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments.
- Provide regular reports on equipment performance and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI
