Job Title: Respiratory Technician

Qualification & Certifications: Qualified Respiratory Technician

Experience: 1- 10 Years

Job Summary : To provide respiratory care to patient on ventilator support under the guidance of anesthetist or critical care consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
1. To help the Anesthesiologist and critical care specialist in providing respiratory care including care of patients on mechanical ventilator support (invasive/noninvasive) round the clock as per duty roster.

2. To maintain the airway equipment and resuscitative equipment including drugs DC defibrillator

3. To help in securing and maintaining the airway

4. To monitor and weaning of ventillatory support in terms of intubation/initiation/maintenance and trouble shooting

5. Administering and monitoring sedation to patients on ventilator support.

6. Airway & lungs protection of natural airway & artificial airway care

7. Humidification, Aerosol therapy, Oxygen Therapy, Tracheotomy care, weaning, Non -invasive ventilation Chest physiotherapy and Postural drainage.

8. Member of intra-hospital emergency medical team attending calls for ACLS

9. Performing and interpreting PFTs.

10. Pulmonary rehabilitation-training family members in home respiratory care

11. Respiratory therapy to Pediatric and Neonatal patients

12.Training the nurses in respiratory care techniques, Aerosol therapy, Chest Physiotherapy, Tracheotomy care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
