Admissions Officer/operations Executive

**JOB DUTIES-**
Collection of information & documents from clients
Label and enter documents into the computer systems
Attend phone call from clients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Work to meet deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met on time.
Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
Photocopy and scan documents for distribution, mailing and filing
Perform other administrative duties as required.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
High processing speed and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Perfect in Recordkeeping
Ability to communicate across international colleges for the completion of the documentation and filling process.
Processing Applications (checking and assessing on the basis of requirements) - Paper-Based/Online
Handling Panels - Admissions (Checking Applications, Uploading Offers, Defer Request, Deposits, Refunds, and Accommodation etc.)
Answering telephonic queries from the Institutes
Handling E-mails and responding back ( Institutes etc.)
Checking Applications on Institutes Portals and updating the office with the status accordingly.
Uploading Offers/Decisions/Deposit Slips.
Chasing Universities for the Applications outcomes.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Committed to working on long term
Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
An ability to communicate effectively with everyone.
Flexibility over working hours.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
