**Responsibilities**
- You’ll ensure patient satisfaction, quality care, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of resources among the hospitals and nutritionists assigned to you.
- You'll be responsible for conducting weekly critical case calls with the nutritionists assigned to you.
- You’ll ensure that the nutritionists assigned to you participate and contribute to the case study discussions. This will require you to help them prepare for the case study discussions and encourage them to participate more vocally in group situations.
- You'll be responsible to check the patient / stock data weekly for the hospitals / nutritionists assigned to you to ensure appropriateness and timeliness of the data filled.
- You’ll liaise with the procurement team for all program related tasks with respect to the hospitals and nutritionists assigned to you.
- You’ll assist in testing of and training with respect to the FoodHeals App.
- You'll be responsible for checking & auditing data entered on the app for quality control.
- You'll be responsible to conduct quarterly refresher training for your group of nutritionists.
- You'll have to ensure that all the program bills, tracker updates, reports and data are submitted on time for your group of nutritionists.
- You'll be responsible to plan and execute special events across all the hospitals assigned to you.
- You’ll assist in organizing and executing induction training for nutritionists in hospitals assigned to you.
- You’ll take up one special project aligned to the programs OKR and execute the same.
- You’ll be required to shadow one Zonal Head and support them as necessary in special project tracking and management.
- You'll be responsible for raising red flags, if any.
- You’ll be responsible to ensure that absenteeism / long leave is covered by your travelling to the relevant hospital as required. You’ll work with your Zonal Head to plan these outages from your own hospital.
- You’ll continue to create diet plan and counsel patients at your hospital and work with the hospital staff to ensure the best quality of care for each patient.
- As a representative of Cuddles at the hospital, you will collaborate with the doctors and nurses while reporting to your Zonal Head regularly.
- You’ll keep up with the latest nutritional science research.
- You’ll participate in meetings and training programs conducted by the organisation and be open to learning, assignments and evaluations.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
