**Position Purpose**
- The ultimate goal is to help grow our clients which in turn helps grow our Prime business._

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**

Assist, improve and possibly take ownership of:

- Capital introduction reports including: BNP Paribas Alternative Investment Survey, Investors Seek ESG-Dedicated Hedge Funds, Systematic Credit on the Rise
- Hedge Fund Performance reporting
- On the Horizon (Monthly Newsletter to allocators)
- Allocator Bi-Weekly (Newsletter to fund managers)
- Reporting on introductions made between managers and investors.
- Hedge fund peer analysis
- Data entry
- Assist in capital introduction events.
- Work on enhancements to BRIDE by BNP Paribas (our digital capital introduction solution)
- Join allocator meetings (via, video, audio or in person) with a senior member of the team and prepare meeting notes and assist with follow ups.

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Join hedge fund manager meetings (via, video, audio or in person) with a senior member of the team and prepare meeting notes and assist with follow ups]
- Assist with setting up cap intro in Asia Pacific countries, this would require working with legal and compliance and the global head of capital introduction to set put the policies and procedures by country in order to carry out capital introduction activities in the region.

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**
- Post Graduate/Graduate degree
- 5+ years of experience in the finance industry.
- A good understanding of the hedge fund industry, prime services and global markets.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), comfortable working and communicating with various groups including clients, sales, trading, technology, legal and client management.
- Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
