**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**: Accurately input data into computer systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and other formats.

**Data Cleaning**: Clean and organize data by removing duplicates, irrelevant information, and correcting any formatting issues.

**Update and Edit Records**: Modify, update, or edit existing data entries as needed to reflect changes in information.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all data entry tasks, including dates, sources, and any relevant notes or comments.

**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in accordance with privacy policies and regulations.

**Time Management**: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.

**Communication**: Collaborate with other team members, supervisors, or managers to clarify instructions or seek guidance on specific data entry tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Background**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional training or certification in data entry may be advantageous.

**Typing Skills**: Proficiency in touch typing and fast data entry with high accuracy rates.

**Organizational Skills**: Ability to organize and manage large volumes of data efficiently.

**Time Management**: Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Communication Skills**: Basic verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and superiors.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
