**Job Summary**

Commercial assistants perform many different administrative duties and are essential for keeping the day-to-day business of company going forward as planned.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To understand the background to the objectives and the detail of the commercial strategy and plan.
- Maintain and update the commercial database.
- To process invoices in SAP.
- To answer the department’s telephones when necessary taking messages or responding as appropriate.
- Update the Daily production reports on routine.
- Stock Inventory
- Shipment Billing and Invoices.
- On daily reporting to the heads regarding commercial activities.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 Years Experience / above hands on experience of Coordinating Domestic Dispatch.
- Good Knowledge of SAP (Material Management).
- Understanding of Packaging & Storage requirements.
- Statutory Requirements of Logistics.
- Preparation & cross checking of dispatch documents like Invoice, Delivery Challan based on the Purchase Order.
- Knowledge of finished goods inventory.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
