**Job Title: Tele Counsellor**

**Job Overview**:As a Tele Counsellor, your primary responsibility is to provide counseling services over the phone or through virtual platforms. You will be responsible for offering emotional support, guidance, and assistance to individuals facing various challenges, such as mental health issues, personal crises, or educational and career concerns. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their difficulties, make informed decisions, and improve their overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling Sessions**:Conduct telephonic or virtual counseling sessions with individuals seeking support.
Assess clients' needs and develop personalized counseling plans.
Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients facing emotional or psychological challenges.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and openness.
Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and client progress.

**Crisis Intervention**:Handle crisis situations by providing immediate support and facilitating appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with emergency services or other resources as needed in critical situations.

**Resource Referral**:Provide information about relevant resources, support groups, or additional services available to clients.
Collaborate with external organizations and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed and accurate records of counseling sessions in compliance with organizational guidelines.
Generate reports on client progress and contribute to program evaluations.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in counseling.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Ethical Standards**:Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by relevant professional organizations.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Relevant counseling certifications or licenses (if required by local regulations).
- Previous experience in counseling or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or virtual environment.
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Must Be From Law Background.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may involve working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.
- The role may require remote work or work from a call center environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,503.98 - ₹25,000.00 per month
