**Your profile**
- Global Support ofCompression Organization with Focus on Product Management and Engineering
- Be a proactive partner toboth the financial and technical teams
- Project & CCControlling, Forecasting and Reporting of financial status for PRM and EN
- Development of appealinguser friendly reports via Tableau and Alteryx
- Involvement in HCcontrolling, strategic HC Planning and related calculating of cost rate, aswell as analysis of deviations in the month over month cost center reports
- Work with technical andfinancial teams to determine Key Performance Indicators and analyze results inorder to support established targets and metrics
- Support the team onad-hoc analyses, business cases and other special requests and concepts

**Your Qualification**
- Masters degree inAccounting or Finance required and 3 to 7 years of experience in finance/accounting.Preferable : CA/CMA/MBA
- Strong analyticalskills, attention to detail and accuracy. Self-driven and resourceful toachieve goals and be proactive in problem solving. Flexible and able to adaptin a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communicationskills and intercultural awareness for this global role in order to achievebest results
- Minimum travelrequirements
- Flexibility to work indifferent time zone with Global stake
- Able to successfullycomplete tasks as assigned in an efficient manner and within a reasonableamount of timeDemonstrated ability to work closely with various contacts withinan organization, including both professional and management level employees.
- Strong Microsoft Officeexperience (Excel) as well as Data Analytics skills (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, Tableau, SAPAnalytics Cloud, Alteryx )
- Familiarity with Financeprocesses (e.g. financial closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting)
