**Job Description: OT Technician**

We are seeking an experienced OT Technician to join our team at Narnaul. The OT Technician will be responsible for assisting the surgical team in preparing the operating theatre before, during, and after surgery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operating theatre before surgery by sterilizing equipment and instruments
- Assist the surgical team during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies
- Monitor the patient's condition during surgery and report any changes to the surgical team
- Clean and restock the operating theatre after surgery
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in OT Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OT Technician
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
