**About the role**

We are looking for an HR professional to be a part of the **Global Mobility **team by effectively delivering work allocation and overall service performance to meet the required service levels to global stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy of the data held and maintained within Assignment Management Technology tool and Rio Tinto Business Solution, which feeds critical global HR processes including Remuneration Review and Talent Management.

Reporting to the **Supervisor, Global Mobility Operations**, this role’s primary accountabilities are to:

- Remotely support the International Assignment case managers by providing administration support throughout the lifecycle of an international assignment from start to end of an assignment
- Use the assignment management platform to prepare cost estimate, balance sheet and assignment letters in defined SLA
- Prepare International Assignment payroll instructions to send to payrolls globally
- Lead and manage non-complex smaller scale projects in the mobility operations space
- Participate in and support Annual cycle activities including Rem Review, FX rate updates and tax updates
- Maintain employee data in Assignment Management Technology tool for the case assigned
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution to queries timely using relevant information, work procedures and guidance
- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the end to end Global Mobility services
- Provide support to special projects and other initiatives (e.g. Annual remuneration review, technology implementation etc.)

**About you**

**To be successfully considered for this role, you will have**:

- College/University Education (Essential): Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in **HR**, Administration or Business
- Demonstrated experience of minimum **6 months to a max of 3.5 years in HR or Global Mobility** domain desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage own workload effectively, including ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyse data with attention to detail
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential.
- Exposure to International Assignee payroll is desirable
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative and continuous improvement oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge different language/culture/organizational styles
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment
