**Responsibilities**:
1. Hosting Video Content: Serve as the primary host for live and recorded video content, including interviews, news updates, and entertainment segments.

2. Engaging Audiences: Connect with viewers through engaging and interactive presentations. Foster a lively and entertaining atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and staying on message.

3. Scripting and Preparation: Collaborate with content creators and producers to develop scripts and outlines for video segments. Prepare thoroughly for each presentation, rehearsing as needed to ensure smooth delivery.

4. Interviewing Guests: Conduct interviews with guests, influencers, and experts across various industries. Ask insightful questions and facilitate engaging conversations that captivate audiences.

5. Promotion and Branding: Represent UBE Media with professionalism and enthusiasm. Promote company initiatives, products, and services during video presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging.

6. Audience Interaction: Monitor and respond to audience comments, questions, and feedback during live broadcasts. Encourage audience participation and create a sense of community among viewers.

7. Performance Analysis: Evaluate performance metrics and viewer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with the team to implement changes and enhance the overall viewer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Video Jockey, Anchor, or Host, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to captivate audiences and convey messages effectively.
- Dynamic and engaging on-camera presence, with a confident and approachable demeanor.
- Strong improvisational skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Familiarity with video production techniques and equipment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and entertainment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
