We are an asset based trucking company based out of Carson, California and looking for a DOT compliance coordinator that will ensure that the fleet of truck drivers they oversee adhere to the Department of Transportation regulations at the state and federal level.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN DOT AND SAFETY REGULATION LAWS. MUST ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A US BASED COMPANY.

You oversee protocols like;
- Random drug testing,
- Updated licensing
- MVR
- Driver Qualification Files
- Auditing
- Motive Logins/logouts
- Pre/Post trips
- Preparing disciplinary action forms
- Updating employee files

As a Dot compliance coordinator, you work closely with the Safety Director and Safety Manager to facilitate these actions.

Your responsibilities also involve informing the safety department of any infractions, missing documents, or drivers not complying with the company compliance policies.

Basic Qualifications:

- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Provide reports and updates to staff members
- Assertive

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
