**Academic Counselor**

**Location**: Kochi

**Experience**: 6 months (Minimum)

**Salary**: ₹12,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide academic counseling to students, helping them choose the right courses and programs based on their interests and career goals.
- **Career Counseling**: Offer guidance on career opportunities, further education, and professional growth.
- **Admission Support**: Assist students with the admission process, including filling out forms, providing information about courses, and ensuring timely submission of documents.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct regular follow-up with students and their parents to monitor academic progress and address concerns.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops or seminars on academic planning, career options, and other relevant topics.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student profiles, academic progress, and counseling sessions.
- **Collaboration with Faculty**: Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to ensure a smooth academic counseling process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counseling or a related role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of educational systems and career guidance processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
