- What you will be doing
Invoicing reconciliation with TMS & SAP, E Invoice.
- Generating E-invoices from website
- After recon sending of soft copies to 6 branches and customer
- RTI Report with details unbilled jobs. Sending to respective team member
- Customs duty payment request to CHA & for WC duty payment through ECL. Checking the duty in the job after payment from CHA.
- Bank Receipt from Bank Statement to Branch Admin to post entry.
- Periodical Bank reconciliation.
- Weekly AR report extraction and analysis
- Sending mail to Customer request for the PO (Biocon, Zoetis & Eurofins).
- Weekly Billing Estimations to Country Manager, National Sales Manager, OPS Manager
- Clarifying customers with GST queries with supporting data.
- Providing supporting to statutory department GST audit
- Revenue Flash both estimate and actual
- Month end RTI
- MIS Report on Transport analysis, Top 10 customer variations, Actual v/s Plan.
- Bad Debt provisions & DSO
- ZF Cost summary
- Shipment analysis and reporting (like Cocoon packaging)
- Special shipment analysis
- Traffic Repot
- IC Invoices report, checking high value revenue
- Depot Distribution & Depot Invoices.
- Freight and Non Billable Duty working
- GSTR 1 working
- GSTR 3B working.
- Provision of Revenues for Top clients with details of shipments
What your background should look like
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of Finance, Accounts and Administration experience
- Professional demeanor
- Must be studied to equivalent to Bachelors degree or more of Indian university or its equivalent.
- Good knowledge on SAP accounting and other accounting software

REPORTINGS:
The Billing Supervisor is subordinate to the Finance Manager.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent knowledge Accounting Operations
- Minimum of 5-8 years of in Accounts, Finance
- Knowledge in SAP accounting process and other accounting software
- Ability to provide leadership, multitask and prioritize workload
