Urgent Requirement: Plant Nursery Manager/Horticulture Orchard Manager/Bee Keeper

1.Nursery Management:Supervise all aspects of nursery operations, including propagation, cultivation, and inventory management.Ensure optimal growing conditions through watering, fertilization, pruning, and pest/disease control.Monitor plant health and quality, implementing corrective measures as needed.Coordinate grafting techniques and manage inventory levels accordingly.

2.Orchard Management:Oversee horticulture orchards, planning and executing activities such as planting, pruning, and pest/disease management.Monitor orchard health and implement strategies to optimize yields and quality. Coordinate harvesting operations and maintain orchard infrastructure and equipment.

3.Garden Landscaping: Design and implement garden landscapes for the meadery, considering preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Develop landscape designs incorporating a variety of plant species and hardscape elements. Manage landscaping projects from concept to completion, supervising crews and subcontractors.

4.Budgeting and Administration: Develop and manage budgets for nursery, orchard, and landscaping operations. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory levels. Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and preparing reports.

5. Company Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

6-Honey Bee Keeping:

- You will be responsible for Setting up,care, management, and maintenance of honey bee colonies to ensure optimal health and productivity. You will oversee various tasks related to beekeeping, such as hive inspection, pest control, honey extraction, and queen rearing. Your role will contribute to the sustainability of bee populations and the production of high-quality honey and other bee products

.Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, landscape architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in nursery management, orchard management,Garden landscaping,Bee Keeping.

Strong knowledge of plant propagation, cultivation, and care techniques.

Proficiency in landscaping design principles and plant selection.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

**Salary**: ₹10,953.86 - ₹41,983.55 per month
