**Aufgaben**:
**Key Job Responsibilities:
- 1. Lead and guide a team of talented and competent professionals technically to execute the THC SW development / validation operations for new and series development projects.- 2. Effective handling and SW lifecycle management for THC domain.- 3. Streamline team’s operations, including using automation, to focus on building new competencies.- 4. Engage effectively and pro-actively with partners in Germany and colleagues in Bengaluru including external engineering service providers to help the team deliver excellence.- 5. Dive deep into technical issues together with team members, set technical direction and lead as the technical expert.**Qualification:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication or related field.- 7-11 years of experience in automotive SW development and/or validation (preferably in HVAC / THC domain).- Experience in leading a team technically and collaboratively- Experience in leading innovation.- Experience in managing diverse stakeholders across time zones including external engineering service providers.- Experience in driving efficiencies by streamlining operations, including automation.- Experience in Vector testing tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, vTestStudio, Diva, etc.- Exposure to configuration management tools like PVCS, SVN, and requirement management tool like PREEvision.- Basic knowledge of German language and German work culture is preferred**Qualifikationen**:
