Ipqa Officer

Ø Responsible for line clearance activities during change over.

Ø Verify the area label with the process going on.

Ø The status label verification of the equipment with process stage.

Ø Verify the calibration status and daily balance records.

Ø Batch documents are filled online and checked by production and QA wherever required.

Ø Review of batch documents and QC results report prior to the release of the batch.

Ø Responsible for checking and verification of log sheets as per the BMR.

Ø Responsible for issue, control, review of daily and monthly log sheets.

Ø Review of batch processing records.

Ø Check and ensure that the area / equipment is visually clean

Ø Check the area is free from previous products and unwanted material.

Ø Ensure the temperature and relative humidity is within the specified limit as per mentioned in BPR.

Ø Check the proper gowning of personnel. (PPE’s)

Ø Collecting the FG Samples, Control sample & stability sample send to QC.

Ø Monitoring the validation process of new products.

Ø Check the rinsing water report both manufacturing and filling area.

Ø Responsible for issuance of packing tools, accessorizes and consumable to drying and packing supervisors.

Ø Review of glass items and breakage control.

Ø Responsible for final packing supervision.

Ø Check the differential pressure of the area is -ve with respect to the adjacent corridor.

Ø Responsible for verification of primary & secondary packaging components.

Essential qualification:
Masters/Degree in Bio chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/Chemistry/B.Pharm

OR any degree with experience for 1+ years in Pharma or food Industry

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
