**Job description**
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high sale closing rate.
- Exceptional convincing skills.
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position. Minimum of 1 years of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and talking the way into a sale conversion.
- Answering phones and explaining the courses offered by the Institution.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Day Shift Timing will be between 9:30 AM to 06:00 PM and will be operating 6 days a week with fixed Weekly off.
- It is a full-time work from an office job.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
