**Mould Setter**

**No of Vacancies: 3**

**Location: Coimbatore - Thennampalayam**

**Qualification: Any Graduate**

**Experience: 1 - 2 Years of Exp**

**Package: Negotiable**

**Rotational Shift**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform mold and material changes
- Perform start-up of press and shut down
- Ensure preventative maintenance on tooling and machines are completed per documented work instructions
- Clean grinders
- Clean dryer and blenders
- Material preparation
- Mix concentrate
- Deliver material to molding presses
- Fill out material log
- Ensure all locking material bins are functioning properly
- Transfer material from RMSTA
- FIFO material rack
- 5S material area
- Answer press alarms
- Back up Team Leader when needed
- Back up Machine Operators when needed
- Ensure equipment process and product quality meets documented internal standards
- Assist associates with day-to-day issues
