Digital Marketing Assistant

**Job Description-**

Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads etc. to source clients/investors/resources for our key verticals.
- Generate leads organically and through online Adverts and maintain a database for the same.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- Provide creative ideas for content creation/marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience in creating and handling social media accounts (preferred)
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
- Website Development and Designing is a plus (not required)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.

**Location and Shift**:

- Remote
- Shift Time: 10 am to 7 pm IST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,629.95 - ₹40,633.85 per month
