Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning

Analytical tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs

Reasoning

Proficiently navigate and use the university LMS

Learning Create or upload content on university LMS
Manageme Create and deliver sessions on the university LMS and other open source nt System platforms

Download grade books and assessment records from university LMS

Create content-enriched, professional, corporate PowerPoint presentations

Draft word documents which could contribute to the Personality
MS-Office

Development & English Content development and/or information about the university/department

Make error-free excel sheets for attendance or assessment

Technical Create Microsoft Teams, upload content and deliver sessions on MS
DCPD/SK/3

Proficiency Teams

Mark online attendance on university portal

Competenc well as managers with required attachments e Schedule and deliver online sessions as & when required

Have working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google forms, Google Docs &
Google drives

Etiquettes Managers

**Note: Carrying a functional laptop every day is mandatory**.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Develop content as per the assigned semester and syllabus for upgrading the training module

Content
DCPD/DR/1

Development Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews/interactions with students as well as experts and extensive studies) to develop creative and unique course files

Research and suggest new tools for Content Development and Management

DCPD/DR/2 Train The Trainer before as well as during the semester and on general topics during and after the semester

Design and Create content for Master Subject Course Files as assigned by the department

Upload the created content on the online resource sharing platform of the university

Send soft copy of the course file to the Quality Manager

Design and map various course outcomes of the curriculum with the program
Master Subject

DCPD/DR/3 outcomes of aligned programs
Coordinator

Schedule and conduct four MSC meetings with the aligned trainers

Punch the schedule of MSC meetings as well as the minutes of these meetings on
CUIMS & on Google Sheet.

Submit the hard copies of the all Minutes of Meeting to the Quality Manager

Interact with trainers and take doubts w.r.t. the designed curriculum

Design and conduct Aptitude events for the students of various aligned programs

Maintain the hard as well as soft records of all events organized

DCPD/DR/4 Readiness Demo Assess the trainers during the readiness demos and prepare the assessment record

Deliver quality training sessions as per the prescribed lecture plan only to the
DCPD/DR/5 Training Students students maintaining the integrity, credibility & standards set by the department

Be prepared for surprise quality audit in any session through a visit by the Quality
DCPD/DR/6 Quality Assurance

Managers or the Sr. Director-DCPD / DAR

Placement Drive Guide and interact with students shortlisted in the placement drive and take inputs
DCPD/DR/7

Duty for content enrichment

Perform invigilation duty in the semester examinations for any online test as per
DCPD/DR/8 Invigilation

DCPD and University rules

Fortnight Prepare and send fortnightly attendance excels sheets to the concerned training
DCPD/DR/9

Attendance manager on or before the deadline

Compile the soft as well as hard records for External and Internal marks of the
Internal/External students meticulously through error-free excel sheets and sending the same to the
