**Process Management**:
Coordinate daily retail store operations and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Optimize workflow to enhance efficiency in sales, customer service, inventory, and billing processes.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in store operations.

**Inventory Control**:
Monitor stock levels and assist in managing stock replenishment.

Maintain accurate inventory records, update inventory databases, and coordinate with vendors for supply.

Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper inventory control measures.

**Customer Service Support**:
Support the front-line staff in delivering excellent customer service.

Address and resolve customer issues related to products, billing, and store policies.

Collect customer feedback to improve store processes and overall customer satisfaction.

**Coordination with Departments**:
Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Assist in organizing promotional events, sales campaigns, and other in-store activities.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
Prepare and maintain operational reports, including sales trends, stock movement, and process efficiency.

Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and report findings to the store manager.

Have Good knowledge In Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
