**Age**-Below 30 years.

**Job Profile**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are being met
- Convert enquiry calls received at the Front Office.
- Brief the services offered by the Company to Enquiry clients over the phone and invite them to office for a face-to face discussion on services, Terms & Conditions, Rates and Public Holidays List.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for enquiries, Registered Clients and list of Active patients and communicate any changes to the care team as necessary.
- Arrange for skilled visits, Physiotherapy or Speech Therapy sessions and Doctors’ consultations against enquiries and make entries of the visits in Scheduling and Accounting software.
- Collect payment for Initial Assessment of patient.
- Coordinate with the Quality Team and Operations team for the conduct of Initial Assessment of the patient at home.
- Prepare the Client Services Agreement and get it signed by the Client Representative and the Branch Manager and file it in the individual patient file.
- Ensure that any issues or concerns that clients may have regarding their home healthcare services are resolved.
- Work closely with the care team and visit clients to ensure that clients receive high-quality care that meets their individual needs
- Provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- On Care Closure, ensure all dues are cleared and update the same in the Care closure form and intimate the Operations team to make corresponding entries in the scheduling software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
