**Job Purpose**

**Principal Accountabilities**

Accountability Supporting Actions

Inter-department coordination - Coordinating and communicating with POC’s of

different department ensuring seamless deliverables.
- Attending regular quality meets and showcasing

improvement.

External stakeholder communication - Handling communication with our client or other

stakeholders.
- Involves communication with people having legal

background.

Meeting Deadlines - Ensuring that all deliverables meet the deadline.

Maintaining Quality - Ensuring that all deliverables meet our quality standard.

Managing their Inventory - Maintaining accounts where there is unacceptable

delay or escalations.
- Analyzing existing inventory to avoid any escalation,

determine problem areas, proposing solution, etc.
- Maintaining trackers, MIS and flashing reports.

**Professionals Skills and Qualification Experience Requirement**

Bachelor’ or master’s degree in business management

from premium institute or relevant background. CBSE

or ICSE board pass out will be preferred.
- Any previous experience into Bankruptcy/Mortgage/

torts will be preferred.
- Excellent Business communication.
- Self enthusiast & self-learner
- Data Reporting and dashboard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of experience in International KPO handling

EU / NATAM region.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability

to meet deadlines.
- Should have handled cross-functional team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to

meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize task and to delegate them when

appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times

stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related

software.
- Experience into Microsoft Excel with V-lookup,

Dashboard, and advance formula.
- Experience into MS Word for Mail merging and

document review.
- Knowledge of Mass Tort/Class Action, financial services, basic accounting would be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
