As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fried chicken restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Food Preparation**:
- Prepare and cook fried chicken dishes following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food products.
- **Kitchen Operations**:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- **Customer Service**:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take and fulfill customer orders with attention to detail.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor food temperatures and adhere to food safety standards.
- Participate in quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless workflow.
- **Adherence to Policies**:
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- **Flexibility**:
- Be adaptable to various roles within the restaurant as needed.
- Assist in other tasks to support overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 per week
