**Skills Required**:
Software Proficiency: Use accounting software (predominantly VT and occasion QuickBooks and Xero) proficiently to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
IT/ITES, Accounting industry is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Stakeholder and client management
The ability to priorities workloads.
The ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
A professional and hard-working attitude.
Experience in a practice environment dealing with small & mid-size businesses.
Very strong accounting concepts. Experience with UK tax laws, rules and regulations.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Recording Transactions: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Year-end Accounts and Tax Preparation Support: Work with accountants to gather necessary financial information and documentation for year-end accounts production and tax return preparation.
Software Proficiency: Use accounting software (predominantly VT and on occasion QuickBooks and Xero) proficiently to perform bookkeeping tasks efficiently.
Communication: Liaise with colleagues to clarify bookkeeping matters and resolve discrepancies.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely manner.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
