**Title: Recruiter**

**Job location : Bihar**
- Responsible for screening to timely closure of required open positions.
- Analytical skills, Strategic thinking, Technically Strong, Good knowledge of recruitment.
- Adherence to the timelines pertaining to closure of positions
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

**Recruiter Requirements**:

- Minimum one of experience in recruiting.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English..
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
