**JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Opening doors, where applicable

2. Welcoming and thanking guests

3. Answering questions - accurately and politely

4. Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area

5. Answering the phone

6. Directing guests to areas & restrooms

7. Providing security for co-workers, guests and celebrities

8. Assisting servers, bussers and managers

9. Assuring the complete satisfaction of each and every guest

10. Creating memorable experiences
