Gynecologist

1.Responsible for independent medical management and patient care.

2.Daily Clinical rounds of the patients admitted in the Department.

3.Patients health status counseling to relatives.

4.Verify the treatment plans of all patients and advice evidence based correction, as and when required post discussion with admitting physician consultant.

5.Develop and documents initial plan of care.

6.Document daily progress notes.
