As a Store In charge, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring efficient functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures. You will manage inventory, supervise staff, and uphold a clean and organized environment.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchaser to replenish inventory in a timely manner.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent losses and wastage.
2. **Store Operations**:
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the store.
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Keep accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and staff attendance.
- Communicate relevant information and updates to management as needed.
4. **Dispatch**
- Get sales order packed & dispatch.
**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
