**Accountability and Responsibility**
- Collects the Incoming STN and Loading slip from Godown Keeper.
- **During the Unloading activity**
- Instructs the laborers to stack the received goods in the designated bays as per stacking height norms specified on CLD
- Open one CLD each for every lot once the lot size
10 clds. & check for MRP / Physical PKM and material.
- Mention the detail of SKU / MRP / PKM in Unloading Tally Sheet.
- Unload stocks in specified BIN available / allotted for storage by company / by material / by category.
- Maintains bay discipline during unloading of the goods at the warehouse
- Follows stacking norms, bay discipline and hygiene of the warehouse
- Identifies shortages/ damaged stock while unloading a vehicle
- Mention details of Physical receipt v/s STN Qty for Shortage / Damage / Excess receipt details in specified column in Unloading Tally Sheet.
- Update Bin card with complete information of Receiving date / Sending site Name / Material Description & Code / MRP / Received Qty / Balance Qty / and counter sign on the bin card for stack.
- Send Unloading Tally sheet along with Incoming STN copy to System Operator for taking GIR
- Check System Generated GIR along with Unloading Tally for correctness
- **During the Loading activity**
- check truck placed for loading is compliance basic norms of cleanliness of vehicle floor, no open hooks in truck body, sufficient tarpaulin available, rope for tying, Case Guard to avoid rope damage to cases.
- Inform trucks non compliance to Warehouse Supervisor & reject for loading.
- During the loading activity, follow & instructs the labors to pick up stock from the right bays (Dock Door) and load it into the truck as per the loading sheet.
- Tally the Balance Qty. randomly with physical Qty available in Bin.
- Prepares the Thappi/Tally sheet during loading activity.
- Truck Driver to also count the number of cases loaded in Vehicle, which has to be tallies with Thappi/Tally Sheet.
- Driver & Checker should sign on the Thappi/ Tally sheet for confirmation & completion of loading of truck
- Send the loading slip with loading details to System Operator for Transfer Order (Loading Slip) Confirmation in SAP
- Attends Circle Meeting of GWT.
- Executes the Warehouse/Shift Supervisor’s plan on the allocated GWT projects for the warehouse.

**Reporting**:

- Daily Cycle count details & weekly cycle count with finding (If any).

Weekly Housekeeping report.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolhapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
