Phonics Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement comprehensive phonics-based lessons and activities.
- Assess students’ reading abilities and tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate phonics into the broader curriculum.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and research in phonics.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Education, Arts,, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years** of teaching experience, specifically in phonics instruction.
- Strong understanding of phonics and early reading development strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and teaching resources.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or additional training in phonics or reading instruction.
- Experience working in a multicultural educational setting.
