Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing team in their day-to-day activities. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to various aspects of the sales and marketing process, enabling you to contribute to the team's success while enhancing your professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in market research: Conduct research to identify potential target markets, traders, and industry trends. Collect and analyze data to support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

2. Support lead generation efforts: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and prospects. Assist in lead qualification, database management, and tracking lead generation activities.

4. Sales coordination: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including meeting retailers, taking orders, and maintaining sales databases. Support the sales team in preparing sales follow ups.

5. Conduct customer outreach and relationship management: Collaborate with the sales team to maintain regular contact with existing customers and prospects. Assist in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Assist in event planning and execution: Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Help with logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies. Share relevant insights and recommendations with the team.

Qualifications:

- Any degree/masters in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
