**Job Title: Web / Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code that ensures optimal performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure a consistent user experience across different screen sizes and orientations.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance website functionality.
- Create captivating and visually appealing designs for website layouts, banners, graphics, icons, and other digital assets.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity that aligns with the brand's aesthetics and values.
- Design user interfaces that balance aesthetics, usability, and functionality, contributing to an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency in design elements and branding across various digital platforms.
- Implement interactive and dynamic user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into fully functional web pages.
- Optimize web assets for performance, including image compression and code minification.
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve website usability and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Iterate on design and development based on user feedback, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of web development and graphic design projects, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar tools.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create user-centered interfaces.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
