**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Understand their needs and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.

**Sales Generation**: Actively engage in selling products to meet and exceed sales targets. Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle returns and exchanges professionally.

**Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store layout. Ensure products are adequately stocked, and displays are attractive.

**Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Maintain a balanced cash register.

**Sales Reporting**: Keep track of daily sales activities and report on key performance indicators. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales goals. Support colleagues during peak times and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

**Sales Skills**: Basic understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.

**Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Team Player**: Positive attitude, willingness to collaborate with team members, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
