**Job Title: UI/UX Graphics Designer**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics, icons, and illustrations for use in user interfaces.

3. UX Design: Collaborate with UX researchers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.

4. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts.

5. Typography: Select and implement appropriate typography to enhance readability and user experience.

7. Iconography: Design custom icons and icon sets to enhance the clarity and usability of user interfaces.

8. Visual Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across all design elements to create a cohesive user experience.

9. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs and improve usability.

10. Documentation: Create design documentation, including style guides, design specs, and asset libraries.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Graphics Designer or similar role.

3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

5. Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

6. Ability to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

8. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

9. Attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, pixel-perfect designs.

10. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
